I’m Tamara Duclaire, founder of R³ Empowerment. I am an emergency medicine physician, global health educator, and leadership coach. I love people and have dedicated my life to helping others thrive. Whether it’s as critical as resuscitating patients in the emergency department, training physicians to address health inequities, or empowering individuals to overcome their professional challenges, my goal is always the same: to see people grow and succeed.

After years of working as an emergency physician, a mentor, and an educator, I’ve seen the adverse effects of feeling stuck or disconnected from one’s purpose. Having personally faced many of the same challenges, I became committed to helping others navigate these obstacles by integrating leadership, emotional intelligence, and faith-based principles.
